We advocate for the voice of property owners in Catalonia, a country where a large part of the population owns a home.

Our mission is to restore legal security for property owners and to reverse the sense of abandonment they face due to delays in the justice system and abusive practices such as unlawful occupation.

We demand that public authorities take responsibility for addressing tenant vulnerability, so that the burden does not fall on property owners, an approach that negatively impacts the availability of rental housing.

We also denounce the political instrumentalisation of property ownership, which is often used to mask the inaction or insufficient efforts of public institutions in the creation of affordable housing.

We reject ineffective and disproportionate regulations, such as rent caps, which have only contributed to a decrease in supply and the total number of rental agreements in designated high-demand areas.

We advocate for the creation of a legal framework that improves tax conditions to facilitate homeownership, especially for younger generations, drawing inspiration from the best European practices.

We offer an open and constructive dialogue with public authorities to develop policies that respect citizens’ freedom to manage their assets, without interference in their personal or property rights.

We also share knowledge and guide property owners so they can fully exercise their rights.
