What Additional Services Does the Association Offer?
Som Habitatge provides legal advice, institutional representation, access to exclusive resources, and active defence of property owners' rights before public authorities.
Does the Association Organise Events or Meetings?
Yes, Som Habitatge organises events and meetings to give property owners a voice, share knowledge, and promote collective action in defence of their rights.
How Much Does It Cost to Become a Member?
Association fees vary depending on the number of properties owned:
- From 1 to 4 properties: 60 € per quarter (240 €/year)
- From 5 to 20 properties: 120 € per quarter (480 €/year)
- From 21 to 49 properties: 250 € per quarter (1,000 €/year)
- For owners or managers of more than 50 properties: 1,000 € per quarter (4,000 €/year)
